Some of our current goals are:

Obtain a controlled burn certification

Have a 90% retention rate on all native species planted

Continue to foster native biodiversity

Continued removal of invasive species

Continued planting of cover crops to grow soil microbiome and repair soil health

Install a water catchment system

Erect a barn to house and protect farm equipment and tools, as well as livestock, feed and livestock supplies

Build an energy efficient earth-material off grid home

Build additional energy efficient earth-material off grid living space for volunteers and guests

Build a smokehouse so that we can be further in alignment with our traditional food preservation practices

Build an outdoor oven/ kitchen

Build outdoor composting toilets
