Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network
Angie Comeaux, of Hummingbird Springs Farm is on the board of directors for the Alabama Sustainable Agriculture Network: A grassroots network of farmers, consumers, agriculture-related organizations, committed to promoting sustainable agriculture in Alabama. Angie spoke on the ASAN panel: We Are Still Here: Climate Crisis & Community, and presented a film screening of “Gather” for the ASAN annual Food and Farm Forum. Gather documents the growing movement among Native Americans to reclaim their spiritual, political and cultural identities through food sovereignty.
